Custom Monuments
Techno Dallas turn-key monuments including closets, bulkheads, credenzas, ottomans, seat surrounds, lavatories, and other interior cabinetry are fully engineered in house including stress analysis, testing and certification. Techno manufactures and assembles monuments with finish and installation of all support systems including wiring, plumbing and CFE installation.
Techno provides interior monuments at all levels of customization from VVIP one of a kind to smaller quantity commercial production applications. Techno can also provide refurbishing of existing monuments and possesses the highest capabilities with respect to the latest paint and finish applications (including tooling development for all profiles)
All supporting wire harnesses are produced in-house utilizing a laser wire marking machine and are installed in-house to latest Boeing and Airbus requirements. Techno Tampa Bay develops the installation design, and analysis, and manufactures the installation kits of the Turnkey monuments. Customers can elect to have Techno Aerospace provide turnkey monuments, build to print monuments, or monument engineering services.

Standard Monument Attachments
Techno has developed numerous attachment fittings to support the installation of cabinetry, galleys, and other monuments in the aircraft. These fittings have been engineered to support the high loads which are typically required for these types of installations. We have developed a variety of floor fitting attachments which pick up existing aircraft seat tracks. In some installation cases, unique floor structure is required, and we have designed fittings for these applications as well.
Overhead longitudinal and later attachments are often also required to support cabinet installations, such as full height closets, galleys and showers. Techno offers a variety of overhead attachment fittings which support these load requirements. Our fittings have been designed for installation on the cabinet itself as well as the aircraft side, and incorporate isolator bushings. In combination with our tie-rods, we offer a complete solution for monument installation.
